How to request a refund
Email us at pixreysoft@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 9420232081 with your order email and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are initiated within 3 working days.
Cancellation policy
Because the kit is a digital product delivered instantly, an order can only be cancelled before the download link is issued (for example, if a payment is pending or fails). Digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed — instead, you are covered by the 14-day money-back guarantee above.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is issued, your personal download link is deactivated and access to the kit files ends. Refunds are returned to your original payment method; it usually reaches your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
